The Next World Forum will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 30-31 August 2023.

The Saudi Esports Federation is the regulating body in charge of nurturing elite gaming athletes and developing the gaming community and industry in Saudi Arabia.

The Next World Forum (NWF) is a 2-day, international, multi-stakeholder event that is envisioned to be a global gaming platform that facilities multi-disciplinary global conversations. Held on 30-31 August 2023, the second edition of NWF focuses on the new horizons and opportunities around the burgeoning esports economy, AI developments, and gaming as the fastest growing media sub-sector globally.

Over 1000 delegates, more than 50 speakers, more than 20 partners.

A member of the program team will work closely with you to discuss content, timelines and explain next steps. You will also receive detailed guidance on the logistical aspects of your attendance and on how to optimise your time onsite.

Upon acceptance of attendance, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed steps on how to obtain your visa.

The Next World Forum will be held in English and Arabic with simultaneous translation in all plenary sessions.

Business casual for men, abayas or modest dress for women.

It will be possible to request and book private meetings via the forum app.

There will be dedicated prayer rooms for men and women as well as designated areas for privacy.

Attendance is by invitation only. Those who are not yet on the invitee list should submit a request of invitation through NWF Registration Form

International and Local media will be present throughout the two days.

As a speaker, breakfast will be included at your hotel, there will also be food and beverage at the event which will serve lunch.

Due to the nature of the forum, it is imperative that security standards are kept to the maximum, we require passports for validation and to process assistance with any logistical aspects of your attendance.

Your data will be shared with the Saudi Esports Federation and third parties for logistics purposes.

You will be able to view who else is attending on the event app which all attendees are requested to download.
